Hotel Transfers
Private round trip group transfers will be coordinated for you! Transfers are automatically added to every reservation. Closer to departure, every guest will be sent a request to assist with coordinating all transfers.
Flights must be submitted by March 18, 2026. If you are flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) we have secured a round trip rate of $90.00 per person.
Group Travel
We anticipate groups of guests to be traveling in from Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, California, Florida, and even Taiwan! If you would like to travel with other wedding guests please reach out to Lauren and Jeremy regarding flight plans!
Please keep in mind the following deadlines:
December 2nd, 2025:
40% booking due to Barefoot Bridal for group resort rate.
January 25, 2026:
Remaining balance will be automatically drafted to the card on file.
Final changes to rooms, parties and travel dates also due.
March 18th, 2026:
Flight information due to Barefoot Bridal for airport transfer reservation.
